Nomination conditions
Closing times & fees
Nominations close at 5:00pm on the Tuesday before a race meeting.$40 per class, with extra classes $30 each.Late nominations (via the AIDKA app) run from the close of regular nominations — midnight Tuesday before race day — until 5:30pm the Wednesday before the meeting, at $50 per class. None are accepted after that.
Refund policy
No refunds are given unless:
The driver has a valid medical reason and the club is notified before racing — 100% refund.The MDKC Nomination Secretary is notified by 6pm the night before racing — refunded less any transaction fees the club incurs.Refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed and appear back in your account.
