2020 Nomination Fees
Senior driver: $25 for first class, $15 each for other classes
Junior driver: $15 class
Nomination fee includes program
Pit Shelters
Annual rental $40 per shelter
Daily Hire $10 per day (when available)

Sign-in and pay nomination first - Available from 12 noon
Scrutineering 12 to 2pm - must contact an official to arrange late
scrutineering
Drivers Brief 2:30 to 3pm
Racing Starts 3pm.
Presentations 10pm
Race-direction changes after each round.
Whole of the Pits is the Red Zone
The whole of the pit area is declared Red Zone at the start of the race
meeting.
Trailer parking in the upper pit area is available - Non-MDKC members $10
per trailer. Lower pit area is free.
ALL CARS must be out of the pits by 1:30pm and trailers may not be removed
until the end of the race meeting. If there is an emergency, the chief
steward and marshals must approve and supervise safe removal of trailers
during the meeting.
NO SMOKING- this includes cigarettes/cigars/pipes AND other smoking devices
regardless of whether they are alight or battery or other powered.
Reminder : EVERYONE in the pits MUST have a wrist band on and be wearing
fully enclosed footwear.
