• Nominations close at midnight Monday prior to a race meeting

• Nomination Fee $40 per class, extra classes $ 30 each

• Late nominations via AIDKA app are available from close of regular noms (midnight Tuesday prior to race day) up until 5:30pm on Wednesday prior to race meeting.  Cost for Late nominations $50 per class. No late nominations will be accepted after this time.  

• Refund policy:  No refunds will be given unless:

1) Driver has a valid medical reason and club is notified prior to racing: 100% refund

2) MDKC Nomination Secretary is notified by 6pm the night prior to racing.  This refund will be less any fees incurred for the transaction by the club.
